Have your bespoke items made to order
Once you have placed your order, we'll get to work making your beautiful bespoke items and dispatch them to you as swiftly as possible. UK standard delivery is FREE on all retail orders.
All our products are made from carefully selected, sustainably sourced materials and hand finished to order at our design studio in Norfolk, UK.

How it works
We like to keep things simple and convenient, so we've removed the need for a long-winded registration process. Once you have created your log in, simply place an order for the items you would like to stock in your shop and come back anytime to top up when you sell out!
Start shopping
Enter the portal and start shopping by selecting a product and adjusting the quantity to suit your needs. For custom products, simply list your design choices to correspond with the quantity you have chosen - e.g. 5 x dinosaur and 5 x fossil design rucksacks = quantity 10.

Turnaround
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Our ready to ship products such as books and card games, have a turnaround time of approximately 3 working days (including 48 hours tracked delivery service), whereas our made to order products have a turnaround of 5-10 working days. Sustainability is important to us, so if your order contains both books and custom products, we will dispatch all items together when your order is complete.
Once you have placed your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. Please bear in mind that at times of high demand we have to compete retail orders on a first come first serve basis, so lead times may vary slightly. If you need items sooner or delivered on specific days due to staffing, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Other ways to order
We appreciate every organisation works differently, so if you'd rather place an order via email, simply provide a list of the products and designs you would like and we will generate an invoice for you. All invoices are payable within 30 days.
